From Assessment to Game-Ready Court
Here is how we take a sports court from bare ground to game-ready surface in Southeast Idaho: 1. **Site assessment** — We visit your property to measure the space, evaluate drainage, check access for equipment, and discuss court type and orientation. 2. **Excavation and grading** — We clear and grade the site to the correct depth, sloping away from structures so water moves off the court surface. 3. **Base preparation** — A compacted gravel base creates a stable foundation that resists frost heave during Idaho winters. 4. **Forming and rebar** — We set forms to the exact court dimensions and install steel rebar on chairs for full slab reinforcement. 5. **Concrete pour** — 4,000+ PSI air-entrained concrete is placed and screeded to a level surface with the correct slope for drainage. 6. **Finishing** — We apply a smooth, durable finish and cut control joints to manage curing movement without cracking across the playing surface. 7. **Curing** — The court cures under controlled conditions. We protect fresh concrete from freezing when overnight temperatures drop. 8. **Line painting** — Once cured, we paint regulation lines to USAPA, NBA/NCAA, or ITF/USTA specifications in your choice of colors.
